This Farmers Fall Market Stand is
picture-framed with a gourd vine and small gourds setting.

Peggy Wyman

For this gourd, the artist used a piece of gourd, dyed with leather dyes, as the base. After attaching the pine needles, she let them direct the shape of the piece.
Mary Segreto

An Arts and Crafts motif is burned onto this sculpted gourd urn, which is highly polished, then accented with gold leaf and patinas.  The gourd is 17 inches high.

This mini gourd is a ball-shaped egg gourd, an ornamental. It is about 1 3/8 inches tall and 1 3/8 inches wide. It is all wood burned and cute! It will make someone a nice little necklace!

Merril McHenry

This gourd is 10" in diameter, 10" tall and 30" in circumstance. It is wood burned, stained, and painted and was grown in Kansas.

Gourdsisters

This gourd stands over a foot tall. Various techniques were used.  The leaves were cut from the gourd, wood burned, leather dyed and then reinserted. The owl was then painted inside the cavity and a gourd seed was used as his beak.
