SMGS members are invited to be a part of the Missouri quilt/wall hanging project. EVERY member is encouraged to submit a 4" by 4" gourd "tile or square" which will become part of the quilt or hanging.
You can bring your tile to the 2008 Festival OR if you are unable to attend, you can mail the tile to the project organizer, George Ewing.
Every member is encouraged to participate.
- It doesn't matter how skilled you are - beginners as well as more experienced gourders are welcome!
- It doesn't matter how old you are. Youngsters, oldsters and everyone in between are welcome!
Decorate your tile in ANY media and style you choose. Woodburn it, paint it, carve it or whatever. You are only limited by your imagination.
And don't forget to sign it!!
